Worked proactively to anticipate needs, organized schedules for both clients within an ever-changing environment of meetings, appointments, events and phone calls. Experienced in television and film production specifics in prep, shooting and post schedules; as well as scripts, call sheets, correspondence and production regulations. Worked within a highly confidential and time-sensitive environment with the ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion at all times. Worked alongside a team of publicists, legal, agencies and business managers ensuring clear lines of communication at all time. Gained a high-level of experience in travel coordinating including flights, hotels and car services. Strong sense of time management and ability to prioritize. Assisted in social media management, including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. No task was too big or too small. Assisted in the development process with Daniel Dae Kim for “The Good Doctor” (ABC)

Extras Casting (2013 - 2104) (Season 4)
Responsible for the booking and hiring of all featured extras, background talent and 1st team stand-ins. Actively street cast for specialized roles, did intake and processing of hiring, confirmed and relayed information to all background, worked with department heads to assign appropriate props, wardrobe, hair and makeup were achieved. Worked directly with episodic directors and producers to receive script breakdowns and approvals.
